First Federal Savings Bank prides itself on being a community bank. Many of our employees work in the areas in which they live. They have set roots in the community and truly care about its wellbeing.

One of First Federal Savings Bank’s core beliefs is quality service for both customers and the community. However, quality service goes beyond the bank’s four walls.
Staff members from all six branches are encouraged to take part in fundraising campaigns in which the bank participates. We have been a campaign leader for the United Way, a nonprofit that seeks to provide resources to community members in need, for more than 17 years. By utilizing internal raffles, competitions and silent auctions, our employees help to raise funds that benefit the communities they live in. In 2021, First Federal Employees donated over $17,000.
